기기 종류, 운영체제·앱 버전, 문제가 생기기 직전의 동작을 적어주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 개인 사진이나 비밀번호를 첨부할 필요는 없습니다.

자주 필요한 도움

카메라가 열리지 않으면 기기 설정에서 요로캠의 카메라 권한을 확인해 주세요.
사진 저장이 실패하면 사진 보관함 권한과 저장 공간을 확인한 뒤 앱에서 다시 저장해 주세요. 사진 보관함을 먼저 확인하면 중복 저장을 피할 수 있습니다.
앱 사용법과 언어 선택은 카메라 설정에 있습니다. 사람 실선·배경 실선·예시 사진의 투명도도 설정에서 조절할 수 있습니다.
렌즈·초광각·플래시 지원 여부는 기기에 따라 다릅니다. 저장되는 사진에는 가이드 선과 격자가 포함되지 않습니다.

촬영 사진은 기기에 저장되며 서비스 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다. 오류 진단 정보 등 자세한 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하세요.

Include your device, operating-system and app versions, and the steps immediately before the problem. You do not need to attach personal photos or passwords.

Common questions

If the camera does not open, check YOLOCAM’s camera permission in your device settings.
If saving fails, check photo-library permission and available storage, then retry in the app. Check your library first to avoid duplicate photos.
Camera settings contain the usage guide, language selection, and separate opacity controls for the person outline, background outline and example photo.
Lens, ultrawide and flash availability depend on the device. Saved photos do not include guide lines or the grid.

Captured photos stay on your device and are not uploaded to our service. Read our privacy policy for details, including error diagnostics.
