YOLOCAM(요로캠)은 minjae Lee(MinLeeJae)가 운영하는 촬영 가이드 카메라 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱과 가이드 제공·오류 진단 서비스에 적용됩니다.
사진과 기기 내 정보
카메라 권한은 사진 촬영과 실시간 미리보기에, 사진 보관함 권한은 촬영 사진 저장에 사용합니다. 촬영한 사진은 기기와 사진 보관함에 저장되며 요로캠 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 사용자가 별도로 사용하는 기기의 사진 동기화·백업 서비스는 해당 서비스의 설정과 방침을 따릅니다.
즐겨찾기, 언어, 촬영 설정, 가이드 캐시와 온보딩 상태는 기기에 저장합니다. 저장에 실패한 사진은 앱 내부에 임시 보관하며 저장 완료 또는 사용자의 삭제 선택으로 정리합니다. 앱을 삭제해도 사진 보관함에 이미 저장된 사본은 남을 수 있습니다.
오류 진단과 서버 접속 기록
배포 버전은 앱 안정성 개선과 장애 해결을 위해 오류 메시지·스택, 오류 유형·발생 시각·치명 여부, 앱 및 운영체제 버전, 플랫폼, 기기 언어, 실행별 무작위 식별자를 공용 서버로 전송합니다. 전송되지 않은 오류는 기기에 최대 100건 보관해 재시도할 수 있습니다. 이메일 주소와 긴 숫자열을 오류 문구에서 가리도록 처리하지만 모든 자유 형식 문구의 완전한 익명화를 보장하지는 않습니다.
가이드 목록·이미지·지원 웹페이지 요청을 처리할 때 서버는 IP 주소, 요청 경로·시각, 응답 상태 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 콘텐츠 제공, 보안, 서비스 운영과 장애 확인에 사용합니다. 촬영 사진의 내용이나 사진 보관함을 분석·업로드하지 않습니다.
공유와 보호
앱에는 계정, 광고 SDK, 광고 식별자 또는 인앱결제 기능이 없습니다. 정보를 광고 추적에 사용하거나 광고 목적으로 판매·공유하지 않습니다. 앱과 서버 사이의 통신은 HTTPS를 사용하고 운영자가 관리하는 서버·로그 시스템의 접근을 제한합니다. 기기의 사진 서비스와 문의 이메일 서비스는 사용자가 해당 서비스를 이용할 때 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
중앙 오류 분석 로그는 통상 14일 보관하도록 설정하며 정리 작업은 비동기로 수행합니다. 별도의 서버 운영 기록은 순환 보관합니다. 현재 앱 서버의 로컬 로그는 파일당 10MB·최대 3개로 용량에 따라 오래된 기록을 교체하고, 웹 서버 로그는 일별 순환 및 최대 14개 보관 설정을 사용합니다. 따라서 모든 운영 기록이 정확히 같은 시각에 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
기기 내 설정·캐시는 앱 삭제나 기기에서 앱 데이터 삭제로 정리할 수 있으며 OS 백업 설정은 별도로 적용됩니다. 사진 보관함의 사진은 사용자가 사진 앱에서 관리합니다. 지원 문의는 문의 처리와 후속 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하며 불필요해지거나 정당한 삭제 요청이 있으면 정리합니다.
문의와 권리 행사
정보 처리에 관한 질문, 접근·정정·삭제·처리 제한 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요. 요청 대상과 대략적인 발생 시각, 앱 버전을 알려주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 개인 사진이나 비밀번호를 보낼 필요는 없습니다. 계정 식별자를 사용하지 않으므로 특정 이용자의 진단 기록을 확인하기 어려운 경우 그 범위를 안내합니다. 법률상 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 사유를 안내하고 필요한 범위만 보관합니다.
카메라·사진 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경하면 관련 촬영·저장 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 이 방침의 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에 반영합니다.

Privacy Policy
YOLOCAM is a photo guide camera app operated by minjae Lee (MinLeeJae). This policy covers the app and its guide delivery and error diagnostic services.
Photos and information on your device
Camera access supports the live preview and taking photos. Photo-library access supports saving captured photos. Your photos stay on your device and in its photo library; YOLOCAM does not upload them to our servers. Any photo synchronization or backup service you separately use follows that service’s settings and policies.
Favorites, language, camera settings, guide caches and onboarding preferences are stored locally. Photos that fail to save are kept temporarily inside the app until saved or discarded by you. Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies already saved in your photo library.
Error diagnostics and server access records
Release versions send error messages and stack traces, error type, time and severity, app and operating-system versions, platform, device language and a random identifier for the app session to our shared server. We use this information to improve reliability and resolve failures. Up to 100 unsent errors may be retained on your device for retry. Error text is processed to mask email addresses and long number sequences; this does not guarantee complete anonymization of every free-text message.
When delivering guides, images or support pages, servers may process IP addresses, request paths and times, response status and similar access information. We use these records for delivery, security, operation and troubleshooting. We do not analyze or upload the contents of captured photos or your photo library.
Sharing and protection
The app has no accounts, advertising SDK, advertising identifier or in-app purchases. We do not use information for advertising tracking or sell or share it for advertising purposes. App-server communication uses HTTPS, and access to the operator-managed server and logging systems is restricted. Your device’s photo services and the email service used for support may process information when you use those services.
Retention and deletion
The central error-analysis system is configured for a normal retention period of 14 days, with asynchronous cleanup. Separate operational logs are rotated. Currently, local app-server logs rotate by size, with up to three 10 MB files; web-server logs are configured for daily rotation with up to 14 archives. These operational records therefore do not all disappear at exactly the same time.
Local settings and caches can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data, subject to your operating system’s separate backup settings. Manage saved photos in your photo library. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle your request and follow-up, and is removed when no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request.
Questions and your choices
Contact us below with privacy questions or requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction. Describing the relevant information, approximate event time and app version helps us locate records. You do not need to send private photos or passwords. Because we do not use account identifiers, we may be unable to identify a particular person’s diagnostic records; we will explain that limitation. If retention is legally required, we will explain the reason and retain only what is needed.
You can change camera and photo permissions in your device settings; associated capture or saving features may then be unavailable. Material policy changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
