YOLOCAM(요로캠)은 minjae Lee(MinLeeJae)가 운영하는 촬영 가이드 카메라 앱입니다. 이 방침은 앱과 가이드 제공·오류 진단 서비스에 적용됩니다.
사진과 기기 내 정보
카메라 권한은 사진 촬영과 실시간 미리보기에, 사진 보관함 권한은 촬영 사진 저장에 사용합니다. 기본 촬영 사진은 기기와 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. 선택 기능인 우리 앨범에서 로그인 후 공유할 사진을 직접 선택한 경우에만 클라우드에 업로드됩니다. 사용자가 별도로 사용하는 기기의 사진 동기화·백업 서비스는 해당 서비스의 설정과 방침을 따릅니다.
즐겨찾기, 언어, 촬영 설정, 가이드 캐시와 온보딩 상태는 기기에 저장합니다. 저장에 실패한 사진은 앱 내부에 임시 보관하며 저장 완료 또는 사용자의 삭제 선택으로 정리합니다. 앱을 삭제해도 사진 보관함에 이미 저장된 사본은 남을 수 있습니다.
선택 기능: 우리 앨범
Apple 또는 Google의 로그인 식별자를 사용해 계정을 만듭니다. 이름과 이메일을 프로필로 수집하지 않습니다. 선택한 사진은 위치·EXIF 정보를 제거한 최대3072픽셀 JPEG로 Cloudflare R2의 비공개 저장소에 보관하며, 별도 버킷에 원본 사본을 백업합니다. 사진은 직접 연결한 상대에게 공유됩니다. 서비스 운영자는 장애 처리·신고 대응에 필요한 제한된 접근을 할 수 있으며 종단간 암호화는 제공하지 않습니다.
앨범 제목, 초대·연결 상태, 사진 크기·해시·저장 키, 촬영 목록, 선택 상태, 구독 상품·거래 식별자와 상태를 운영 서버에 저장합니다. 결제는 Apple/Google이 처리하며 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구독 확인용 토큰과 Apple 연결 해지용 토큰은 서버에서 암호화합니다. 기기 로그인 토큰은 안전한 저장소에 두고, 업로드 대기 사진은 앱 내부에 보관하며 자동 기기 백업에서 제외합니다.
공간 생성·연결·업로드 완료·선택 변경·구독 확인 등의 기능 이용 이벤트는 내부 계정/공간 식별자와 함께90일간 보관하고, 저장 용량 집계를 기록합니다. 사진 내용, GPS, 앨범 제목은 분석 이벤트에 넣지 않습니다. Apple/Google 로그인·결제 서비스와 Cloudflare 저장소는 서비스 제공에 필요한 데이터를 처리하며 지역에 따라 국외 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다.
클라우드 계정과 사진 삭제
카메라 설정 → 우리 앨범 → 클라우드 계정 삭제에서 같은 로그인 계정으로 재인증 후 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없으면 readnotesgame@gmail.com으로 삭제를 요청하세요. 비밀번호나 인증 코드는 보내지 마세요. 계정 소유 확인 후 처리합니다.
삭제 요청 후 로그인 연결·세션을 제거하고 본인의 클라우드 사진·미리보기·백업 사본을 삭제 작업에 등록합니다. 사진 휴지통은30일 보관하며 그 전에 복구하거나 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 이미 기기에 저장한 사진과 상대방의 자체 업로드는 삭제되지 않습니다. 스토어 구독은 별도로 취소해야 합니다.
삭제 요청 또는 업로드 만료로부터90일이 지난 사진 메타데이터는 파일의 영구 삭제 완료를 확인한 뒤 정리합니다. 처리 중인 삭제 작업이나 미해결 신고가 있으면 해당 건의 처리가 끝날 때까지 필요한 기록을 유지하며, 신고 기록은 해결 후90일 정리 기준을 적용합니다. 탈퇴 계정의 불필요한 내부 식별자도90일 후 정리합니다. 다른 사용자의 남아 있는 사진·촬영 목록 또는 아래 거래 기록과 연결된 식별자는 해당 기록에 필요한 동안 남습니다. 이용 이벤트는90일, 일별 저장 용량 집계는365일 보관합니다.
구독 상품·거래 식별자·검증 기록은 구매 복원, 환불 대조와 부정 사용 대응을 위해 구독 이용 종료·마지막 검증·결제 대조 기간 종료 중 가장 늦은 시점부터5년간 보관합니다. 암호화한 클라우드 DB 복구용 백업은30일 순환 보관하므로 삭제 전 메타데이터가 백업 만료까지 남을 수 있습니다. 백업은 정상 서비스 조회에 사용하지 않습니다. 정리 작업은 매일 수행하며 장애가 발생하면 완료가 지연될 수 있습니다.
처리 위치와 서비스 제공업체
운영 API, 계정·앨범 메타데이터 DB와 암호화 DB 백업은 대한민국의 운영 서버에서 처리합니다. 사진 업로드·다운로드 시 Cloudflare, Inc.(미국)의 R2 서비스가 사진 사본·미리보기·저장 키와 접속 정보를 처리합니다. 현재 버킷은 자동 위치 선택이며 특정 국가에 저장을 한정하지 않습니다. 따라서 사용자의 국가 밖에서 저장·처리가 이루어질 수 있습니다. 사진과 R2 백업 사본에는 위 사진 삭제 절차가 함께 적용됩니다. 자세한 사항은 R2 데이터 위치 안내와 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
Apple 및 Google은 사용자가 선택한 로그인·스토어 결제를 제공하면서 계정·거래 정보를 처리하며, 미국을 포함한 해당 서비스의 운영 지역에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 각 제공업체의 Apple 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 공유 앨범을 사용하지 않고 기본 카메라를 사용할 수 있으며, 공유를 중단하려면 클라우드 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
오류 진단과 서버 접속 기록
배포 버전은 앱 안정성 개선과 장애 해결을 위해 오류 유형·발생 시각·심각도·제한된 스택, 앱 및 운영체제 버전, 플랫폼, 기기 언어, 실행별 무작위 식별자를 공용 서버로 전송합니다. 앱 버전에 따라 기기 모델, 화면 크기·글자 배율·앱 실행 상태, 처리 작업·단계·원인과 직전 처리 단계, HTTP 상태·처리 시간·재시도 횟수·요청별 무작위 식별자도 포함합니다. 기기의 사용자 지정 이름이나 광고 식별자를 자체 진단용으로 수집하지 않습니다. 강화된 진단은 고정된 분류와 제한된 기술 정보만 남기며 원문 예외·사진 경로·서명 URL·초대 코드·인증 토큰·계정 식별자·사용자 입력은 제외합니다. 구버전 기록에도 서버에서 허용한 항목만 남기는 처리를 적용합니다. 전송되지 않은 오류는 기기에 최대 100건 보관해 재시도할 수 있습니다.
가이드 목록·이미지·지원 웹페이지 요청을 처리할 때 서버는 IP 주소, 요청 경로·시각, 응답 상태 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이는 콘텐츠 제공, 보안, 서비스 운영과 장애 확인에 사용합니다. 진단 목적으로 촬영 사진이나 사진 보관함 전체를 분석·업로드하지 않습니다.
iOS 광고와 동의
iOS 가이드 목록에는 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. Google은 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용과 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 동의와 추적 권한을 요청하며, 거절해도 사진을 촬영할 수 있습니다. 촬영한 사진은 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다. Android 버전에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
Google은 IP 주소로 대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있고, 광고 노출·상호작용·앱 사용·성능·오류 정보와 식별자를 광고 제공, 개인화, 성과 측정, 분석 및 부정 사용 방지에 사용할 수 있습니다. 필요한 광고 동의 및 추적 권한 결정을 확인한 뒤 광고 SDK를 초기화하며, 추적을 거절하거나 제한된 경우 비개인화 광고를 요청합니다. 비개인화 광고도 광고 제공·보안·측정을 위한 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
해당 지역에서 제공되는 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 광고 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다. iOS 설정에서 추적 권한을 관리할 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 처리·국외 처리·보관·삭제는 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 파트너 사이트와 앱의 데이터 사용 안내도 적용됩니다. 아래에 안내된 보관 기간은 당사가 운영하는 오류 분석 로그에 해당하며 Google의 보관 기간을 의미하지 않습니다.
공유와 보호
기본 카메라는 계정 없이 사용하며, 우리 앨범은 선택적으로 계정과 인앱 구독을 사용합니다. 앱과 서버 사이의 통신은 HTTPS를 사용하고 운영자가 관리하는 서버·로그 시스템의 접근을 제한합니다. 기기의 사진 서비스와 문의 이메일 서비스는 사용자가 해당 서비스를 이용할 때 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
중앙 오류·API 진단 로그는 통상 14일 보관하도록 설정하며 정리 작업은 비동기로 수행합니다. 별도의 서버 운영 기록은 순환 보관합니다. 현재 앱 서버의 로컬 로그는 파일당 10MB·최대 3개로 용량에 따라 오래된 기록을 교체하고, 웹 서버 로그는 일별 순환 및 최대 14개 보관 설정을 사용합니다. 따라서 모든 운영 기록이 정확히 같은 시각에 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
기기 내 설정·캐시는 앱 삭제나 기기에서 앱 데이터 삭제로 정리할 수 있으며 OS 백업 설정은 별도로 적용됩니다. 사진 보관함의 사진은 사용자가 사진 앱에서 관리합니다. 지원 문의는 문의 처리와 후속 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하며 불필요해지거나 정당한 삭제 요청이 있으면 정리합니다.
문의와 권리 행사
정보 처리에 관한 질문, 접근·정정·삭제·처리 제한 요청은 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요. 요청 대상과 대략적인 발생 시각, 앱 버전을 알려주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 개인 사진이나 비밀번호를 보낼 필요는 없습니다. 기본 카메라의 진단 기록에는 계정 식별자를 연결하지 않으므로 특정 기록을 확인하기 어려운 경우 그 범위를 안내합니다. 법률상 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 사유를 안내하고 필요한 범위만 보관합니다.
카메라·사진 권한은 기기 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경하면 관련 촬영·저장 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 이 방침의 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지에 반영합니다.

Privacy Policy
YOLOCAM is a photo guide camera app operated by minjae Lee (MinLeeJae). This policy covers the app and its guide delivery and error diagnostic services.
Photos and information on your device
Camera access supports the live preview and taking photos. Photo-library access supports saving captured photos. Camera photos stay on your device and in its photo library by default. Only photos you explicitly select after signing into optional Our albums are uploaded to cloud storage. Any photo synchronization or backup service you separately use follows that service’s settings and policies.
Favorites, language, camera settings, guide caches and onboarding preferences are stored locally. Photos that fail to save are kept temporarily inside the app until saved or discarded by you. Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies already saved in your photo library.
Optional Our albums
We create your account using an Apple or Google sign-in identifier. We do not collect your name or email as a profile. Selected photos are stored as JPEG copies up to 3072 pixels with location and EXIF metadata removed, in private Cloudflare R2 storage with an original copy in a separate backup bucket. Photos are shared with the partner you connect. Restricted operator access is possible for incident handling and reports; end-to-end encryption is not provided.
Our server stores album titles, invitation and connection status, photo sizes, hashes and object keys, shot lists, picks, and subscription products, transaction identifiers and status. Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive card details. Store-verification and Apple revocation tokens are encrypted on our server. Device session tokens use secure storage. Pending uploads stay inside the app and are excluded from automatic device backup.
We retain feature events such as space creation, connection, completed uploads, picks and subscription verification for 90 days with internal account/space identifiers, and record storage-usage aggregates. Photo contents, GPS and album titles are excluded from analytics events. Apple/Google identity and payment services and Cloudflare storage process information necessary to provide these features, potentially outside your country.
Delete a cloud account or photos
Open Camera settings → Our albums → Delete cloud account and reauthenticate with the same sign-in account. If you cannot access the app, request deletion at readnotesgame@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We verify account ownership before acting.
A deletion request removes identity links and sessions and queues your uploaded photos, previews and backup objects for deletion. Photo trash is retained for 30 days; you can restore or permanently delete it earlier. Device copies and your partner's own uploads are unaffected. Cancel store subscriptions separately.
Photo metadata is cleaned up once 90 days have passed since the deletion request or upload expiry and permanent object deletion has been confirmed. Pending deletion jobs and unresolved reports retain the records needed until handled; reports are subject to cleanup 90 days after resolution. Unneeded internal identifiers of deleted accounts are also cleaned up after 90 days. Identifiers still referenced by another user's remaining photos or shot lists, or by transaction records below, remain while those records need them. Feature events are retained for 90 days and daily storage aggregates for 365 days.
Subscription products, transaction identifiers and verification records are retained for purchase restoration, refund reconciliation and abuse prevention for five years after the latest of subscription expiry, last verification or the end of the reconciliation period. Encrypted cloud database recovery backups rotate after 30 days, so metadata predating deletion may remain until its backup expires. Backups are not used for normal service lookups. Cleanup runs daily; an outage may delay completion.
Processing locations and service providers
Our API, account and album metadata database, and encrypted database backups operate on our server in the Republic of Korea. During uploads and downloads, Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) processes photo copies, previews, object keys and connection information through R2. Our buckets use automatic location selection with no restriction to a particular country, so storage and processing may occur outside your country. The photo-deletion process above also covers R2 backup copies. See R2 data locations and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Apple and Google process account and transaction information when you choose their sign-in and store-payment services, potentially in the United States and other service locations. Their respective Apple privacy policy and Google privacy policy apply. You can use the basic camera without shared albums, and request cloud account deletion to stop using sharing.
Error diagnostics and server access records
Release versions send error type, time, severity, limited stack traces, app and operating-system versions, platform, device language and a random session identifier to our shared server to improve reliability and resolve failures. Depending on the app version, diagnostics also include hardware model, screen size, text scale, app lifecycle state, operation, processing stage, failure category and recent processing steps, HTTP status, duration, retry count and a random request identifier. Our own diagnostics do not collect the user-assigned device name or advertising identifier. Enhanced diagnostics retain fixed categories and limited technical information, excluding raw exception text, photo paths, signed URLs, invitation codes, authentication tokens, account identifiers and user-entered text. The server also limits older app records to allowed fields. Up to 100 unsent errors may be retained on your device for retry.
When delivering guides, images or support pages, servers may process IP addresses, request paths and times, response status and similar access information. We use these records for delivery, security, operation and troubleshooting. We do not analyze or upload your captured photos or entire photo library for diagnostics.
iOS advertising and consent
The iOS guide list uses Google AdMob ads. Google may process device identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions and diagnostics. We request consent and tracking permission where applicable; you can still take photos if you decline. Captured photos are not provided to the ad SDK. The Android version does not display ads.
Google may infer approximate location from IP addresses and use ad impressions, interactions, app usage, performance, crash information and identifiers for ad delivery, personalization, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. We initialize the ad SDK after checking required advertising consent and the tracking-permission decision. If tracking is denied or restricted, we request non-personalized ads. These ads can still involve data processing for delivery, security and measurement.
Where available, change consent in Settings → Ad privacy options. Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings. Google's processing, international processing, retention and deletion are also described in the Google Privacy Policy and its partner sites and apps notice. The retention described below applies to our error-analysis logs, not Google's retention.
Sharing and protection
The basic camera requires no account. Optional Our albums uses accounts and in-app subscriptions. App-server communication uses HTTPS, and access to the operator-managed server and logging systems is restricted. Your device’s photo services and the email service used for support may process information when you use those services.
Retention and deletion
Central error and API diagnostic logs are configured for normal retention of 14 days, with asynchronous cleanup. Separate operational logs are rotated. Currently, local app-server logs rotate by size, with up to three 10 MB files; web-server logs are configured for daily rotation with up to 14 archives. These operational records therefore do not all disappear at exactly the same time.
Local settings and caches can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data, subject to your operating system’s separate backup settings. Manage saved photos in your photo library. Support correspondence is retained while needed to handle your request and follow-up, and is removed when no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request.
Questions and your choices
Contact us below with privacy questions or requests for access, correction, deletion or restriction. Describing the relevant information, approximate event time and app version helps us locate records. You do not need to send private photos or passwords. Basic camera diagnostics are not linked to cloud account identifiers, so we may be unable to identify a particular person’s diagnostic records; we will explain that limitation. If retention is legally required, we will explain the reason and retain only what is needed.
You can change camera and photo permissions in your device settings; associated capture or saving features may then be unavailable. Material policy changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
